Earthwise performs the recycling/material-acceptance scope assigned to it, documents the work, and invoices for its own project-specific services. DVBE participation remains subject to the contracting agency, solicitation, subcontract terms, and project requirements.
Public works pricing may consider truck size, material type, volume, rebar, contamination, project duration, operating hours, documentation requirements, committed quantities, and after-hours arrangements.
